Description

Walpole is situated on the shallow Walpole Inlet. This inlet has a depth of no more than 1 meter and is fed by the Walpole River. There are good fishing opportunities from both the Town Jetty and Swan Bay Jetty (a great spot to watch sunsets). Nornalup Inlet connects the Walpole Inlet to the Great Southern Ocean via a deep channel allowing a boat access. Great for picnicking, fishing, hiking and swimming.
