Pemberton – home to fine cool-climate wineries and famous for its marron, a delicate-tasting freshwater crayfish – invites you to explore towering Karri forests. Beedelup Falls is a peaceful interlude of rushing water tumbling over granite. This odyssey culminates in Manjimup, where giant Karri trees stand guard, cool-climate wines abound, and a special delicacy lies beneath the ground – prized black Perigord truffles.
