For the past 10 years, they have been running a cooking academy in Sydney, focusing on the beauty of home made dishes and ensuring students go home with the practical and hands on skills to do it at home. Specialty classes include wood fired pizza, bread (sourdough and others), meat and seafood. These specialty classes have been extremely successful for all of these years so over the past few years the academy has introduced other classes such as pasta, gnocchi, risotto, pastry and so much more.
