Julio’s Mexican restaurant at Bannisters Port Stephens is inspired by modern Mexican eats with a menu that merges classics with some Mexican twists, committed to showcasing the freshest produce Port Stephens has to offer. The restaurant is flanked by the Bannisters infinity pool overlooking a picturesque view of Port Stephens headland, inspired by warm coastal nights.
