Their restaurant, helmed by Executive Chef Hugo Choi uses carefully sourced sustainable ingredients with a focus on local Adelaide Hills and South Australian suppliers, with each dish designed to pair with one of Sidewood’s wines. With walls adorned in fine pieces of Australian Art, the stunning restaurant interior flows outside onto a spacious hardwood deck which offers many different types of casual dining experiences.
