While the menus will change seasonally with fresh produce sourced locally, the restaurant has a modern European cuisine theme. Enjoy the outdoor alfresco dining area as you sip on a glass of wine hand sourced from a boutique vineyard, a pot of Stone and Wood, or try one of their specialty coffees. Brookwater Barista caters to all dietary requirements and uses Piazza D’Oro Forza blend coffee beans, along with nine different specialty Milklab products, including almond, coconut, lactose-free, rice, oat, and soy. The restaurant is already gaining a name for its Friday night street food, serving delights like duck and venison sausage pizza, sticky wings and smokey ribs. Brookwater Barista is dog friendly.
