Moonlit Sanctuary is a wildlife park that is home to over 400 Australian animals including many endangered species. Located in Pearcedale, just 50 minutes from central Melbourne, Moonlit Sanctuary offers a magical after-dark tour where visitors can get close up to many animals. Moonlit Sanctuary has been running night tours since opening in 2001. These are the only nighttime wildlife park tours available nightly in Melbourne. These walking tours are very personal with small groups of a maximum of 16 participants. A highly trained and passionate guide leads you through the park introducing you to many animals as you go.
