Karafilis Organics is a small, family-owned and operated winery in the stunning Blackwood Valley region. Karafilis Organics love of the country lifestyle and the beautiful fertile region of the Blackwood Valley gave rise to the dream of establishing a successful small organic vineyard and winery. Producer Dion's family have farmed in the area for many years and understands the need to preserve and nurture healthy soils and create a sustainable lifestyle for their families. This commitment is best seen at vintage when family members, young and old, gather from far and wide to pick, sort, crush and press the grapes.
