Eldridge Estate is a boutique winery on the top of Red Hill. The Cellar Door offers wine tastings and gourmet platters. It is family owned and one of the original and highest wineries on the Peninsula. The soil is a red clay volcanic loam and the vineyard is north facing, and is a truly unique site that produces exceptional fruit. The winery strives to make the best Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Gamay possible from this amazing fruit. Their winemaker Steve Flamsteed was appointed Australian winemaker of the year 2016. Steve aims to produce hand-crafted wines of distinction that are true to the grape variety and the flavours of this unique site. Eldridge Estate wine regularly wins accolades from Australia’s most respected wine judges and critics. Based on Vivino's ratings, Eldridge Estate Pinot Noir ranks among the top 3% of the best Pinot Noir in the world.
