Built in 1872 the Centennial Hotel is the oldest operating hotel in Gulgong. Having its presence on Australia’s first AUD10 note is really just the start of the story. Since 1872 The Centennial has been the stopping place for travellers, musicians, jockeys, coal miners and more. With a warm regard for good times and forever beating to its own drum, The Centennial is a local pub with a welcome tone. Expect the best, cold beer, home-cooked goodness and the odd chance of Saturday night fireworks to excite and delight all types of patrons.
