Flinders Gin

Flinders Gin is a family-run distillery based in Quorn, the gateway to South Australia's stunning Flinders Ranges. Based in beautifully restored and updated 1890's stables typical of the region. Alby Trotta, owner and Master Distiller and his team make their own spirit, triple distills it with a curated selection of botanicals, including arid land natives grown and wild harvested in the region. These include Quandong, Desert Lime and Native Lemongrass. The pristine flavours of the Flinders Ranges are the heroes of this brand and the knowledgable staff will walk visitors through the magic with expert knowledge and local understanding. The Tasting Rooms are open 7 days a week year round. The area is heated and cooled, dog friendly and boasts and with a fascinating view of "Myrtle" the distillery's beautifully polished copper still seats up to 64 people year round. Small and large groups are welcome as well as pre-booked events.
