Enjoy a VIP winemaking experience that extends beyond the tasting bench as you learn the art of making exceptional sparkling wine.
Join our Cellar Door Manager as he guides you through our wine portfolio and the process of making world-class sparkling before testing your own hand at the process.
Experience the intricacies of winemaking for yourself, as you blend and manage the dosage process to re-create our Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvee NV and Cuvee Rose NV.
This session concludes with a glass of Clover Hill sparkling and cheese platter to enjoy, whilst taking in the dramatic panoramas of the Clover Hill Vineyard and Lebrina Valley.

Your Dosage Masterclass duration is approximately 2 hours in length including local seasonal cheese platter.
Must be booked 48 hours prior to date requested.
Dosage Masterclass available Wednesday to Sunday between 11.00am and 2.30pm.
