Mechanics Institute is a small bar accessible via a rear laneway between James Street and Francis Street next door to the State Library of Western Australia and the City of Perth Parking Car Park. The rooftop terrace looks back over the cultural precinct and the city skyline. They offer a selection of cocktails, craft beer and artisan wine from around Australia and the world.
