Sydney's only ocean-based yoga business, these classes have been running for over a decade, offering everything from stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga and kayak yoga to practising gentle flows on one of Sydney's best beaches. Classes are open to all levels- whether you're an experienced yogi, a first-time paddler, or somewhere in between, you'll find something uniquely calming about floating on a paddleboard during savasana, or stepping straight into the surf after a beachside class.
