Brought to you by husband and husband team, Nick and Kirk Mathews-Bowden, with head chef Ben Sears (ex-Paper Bird and Moon Park). Inspired by the vibe of Tel Aviv, head chef Ben Sears has whipped together Ashkenazi, Mediterranean and Mid East flavours – Sydney style. You’ll find a concise but punchy selection of cold beer, spritzy cocktails and plenty of juicy wines both natural and nostalgic. With a fresh lick from New York based Aussie designer Rosie Rainbow, this back-alley Potts Point townhouse is complete with rear and front garden courtyards, an open kitchen with bar and kitchen counter dining wrapped along our curvy Bauhaus bar.
