Hickson House

Located in the heart of Sydney, at the foot of the Harbour Bridge in the Rocks is Hickson House bar and dining room, located in a historic customs warehouse dating back to the turn of last century. Our bar and dining room is an award-winning experience, not to be missed as it is located along side our operating distillery, which can be viewed through glass as you enjoy your dining and drinking experience. Hickson House is home to a large selection of spirits, wines and beers from around the globe. They have a strong focus on Australian-made spirits, including hard-to-find whiskies, and of course their very own Hickson House Gin- the first of many spirits to be distilled right on site at Hickson House. The High & Dry Bar is a more intimate mezzanine cocktail bar and is bookable for up to 30 guests. Whether it's for a special occasion, booking an event or just catching up with friends, Hickson House bar and dining offers one of Sydney's best restaurant and dining experiences, all located in one of Sydney's most beautiful historic sites.
