Cypher has one of the largest spirit lists in Perth with a spectacular cocktail range to boot. Live music sets the tone each night with a range of different genres on offer. Cypher is named after The Beaufort Cypher, a means of encryption invented by Sir Francis Beaufort. Sir Francis was an Irish Hydrographer in the British Navy and also invented the Beaufort Wind Scale.
