Joe Maguires

Joe Maguires is Tamworth's unofficial home of country music, the birthplace of the Country Music Festival and a feature of Slim Dusty's Joe Maguires Pub. Located on Peel Street in North Tamworth, two minutes from the centre of town, Joe's is a family-friendly institution with a kid's playground and large beer garden as well as a spacious dining room serving wallet-friendly meals. For sports lovers, there are multiple-screen Televisions, a dedicated TAB, Sports Bar with a great range of tap beers. You can also stay the night in one of 11 comfortable rooms. Joe's accommodation is traditional pub style which means they are located above the main hotel, accessible only via stairs and with some shared facilities via communal bathrooms. Each room comes with linen, towels and a ceiling fan. There is ample off-street parking at the rear of the venue.
