Lavender Bistro is founded on a passion for fresh produce and a love of cooking, sourcing ingredients from the finest locations in the Swan Valley and beyond. Owners Claude and Pascal started this culinary venture seven years ago, although have recently changed names — to keep things fresh! During this time, they are proud to have made a loyal following of diners, most of whom continue to visit their paradise in the hills.
