There's lots of evidence on the benefits of regular exercise and getting out in the great outdoors. It can help reduce stress levels and increase our overall wellbeing.
With the advancement of eBike technology a whole new world has opened up. eBikes can now take some of the load so that you can explore further, immerse yourself in nature while building on your fitness, confidence and wellness.
So if you've never experienced a ride on an eBike there has never been a better time. Once you have pre-booked you can meet us at Warren Reservoir or South Para Reservoir. We'll give you a short safety and orientation briefing, get you accustomed to your bike and ensure your helmet is a good fit (supplied). Then you are all set to explore the trails through the native forests and pine plantations.
