Ashvatha Tree Yoga, Energy and Sound

Ashvattha Tree Yoga, Energy & Sound is a sweet little yoga, sound healing and Reiki studio in the main street of Sheffield. There is a schedule of regular classes with daytime and evening classes, across multiple lineages and styles, including Kundalini Yoga, Gentle Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Slow Flow, and Yoga Nidra (divine sleep meditation). At Ashvattha Tree, there will also be periodic group events of Sound Healing and Bhakti Yoga (Kirtan). You can also book in for a 1:1 Reiki or Sound Healing session, or a combination of both. Meredith (the owner, yoga teacher and facilitator) can also be hired for external events, group bookings and one on one's at your location, if suitable.
