Blue Edge Bakery Bicheno

The Blue Edge Bakery is located in the lovely little village of Bicheno and is situated on the main road in and out of town. It is more than a bakery and offers an excellent range of breakfast and lunch options as well as the usual delicious bakery food. This is a family-owned business with everything made on the premises, using only quality ingredients. Their award-winning pies are scrumptious and there are lots of them, from chicken & camembert, steak & mushroom, pepper steak or if in season their famous scallop pies. Sausage rolls and other freshly baked goods are also available. They have everything from tasty apple crumble, custard tarts, slices, lamingtons and so much more. There is an amazing selection of freshly baked bread and rolls, perfect for that picnic before visiting the iconic Freycinet National Park. Enjoy the atmosphere of this lovely coastal town by sitting outside, or if a little chilly there is plenty of room inside. Relax over a freshly made hot coffee, tea or hot chocolate or choose from one of the cold drinks on offer. They open early at 6am so are the perfect place to fuel up for your big day of adventures and exploring on the beautiful East Coast of Tasmania.
