The team at HILAC can help you achieve all your health and fitness goals by tailoring programs to suit your individual needs. Offering a range of group fitness classes, there’s a program to suit everyone. Memberships are available through HILAC and are multi-level with a free membership for those over the age of 80. The Gym is open to members 24/7 and to the public during staffed hours.
