Ceres Distilling Co is family owned and named after the hamlet of Ceres close to Geelong and is a functioning distillery housing five state of the art I-Stills from the Netherlands. The Distillery Door is open three days a week and guests can taste four Whisky’s and six Gins. Experience delicious Gin, Whisky and Vodka cocktails and three tasting paddles to choose from including Ceres Dry/Strong/Pepperberry Gins, Ceres Barrel Aged Shiraz/Sherry/Whisky Gins and the new Roslin Single Malt Whisky range. Masterclasses and the unique Spirit Lab Gin Experience are bookable and held by Ceres master distiller Ross Johnston monthly.
