The Cranfield

The Cranfield Restaurant, Wine Bar and Providore is housed in the grand, old 1888 Masonic building in the regional town of Young, in the Hilltops region of south-west NSW. Being lucky to live in the Hilltops region with an abundance of orchards, vineyards and farms with vegetables, pork, beef and sheep, it all feeds into their menus and drinks list. Their aim is to ‘hero’ the Hilltops and surrounding region through their food, wines, coffee, beer and spirits. The restaurant has a set menu which changes weekly, offering a selection of dishes using seasonal produce which is often home-grown, and as much as possible, locally-sourced. The Providore shop sells a range of local produce from their farm, pre-made dinner options and some specialist gifts.
