Dirty hands, make a smooth spirit. Forged from a dedication to hard work, the Comiskey family are not afraid to get the job done. With over 50 years working in construction and a collection of iconic venues under their tool belt, founders Paul Comiskey and sons David and Robert are toasting to their first drink.
Comiskey Distillery opened in November 2022, right next to the Comiskey Group's iconic venue Eatons Hill Hotel. Comiskey Distillery's intimate Gin & Vodka Workshops are now available to be booked.
