Description
In this eight week program, Urth Clay Studio will talk about different international pottery techniques including the pottery wheel to guide you through making your own ceramic pieces in a supportive and judgment-free environment, they will use different types of clay from white, coconut and more, and will add colours and glaze all the pieces to food safe and waterproof finishing, offering more than 12 colours and combinations.
They will also walk you through the therapeutic process of working with clay sharing some handbuilding and molding techniques using unique tools and materials to help you achieve the best result yet enjoy the relaxing process., by the end of the program you will be able to make your own ceramic, food safe pieces, glaze them, add colors, basically the whole process from A to Z.
You will walk away with many unique hand build pieces, from bowls to vessels and cups, what ever you wish to make the size you want. Urth Clay Studio only use Australian materials to make sure your pieces are food-safe and waterproof. Together we can save our Earth one piece at a time, proudly use a unique environmentally friendly technique.
