Wildbrumby Distillery

The Wildbrumby Distillery, located in the picturesque Thredbo Valley of Australia's Snowy Mountains, has a unique story rooted in skiing and schnapps. Founded by Brad Spalding, a former ski instructor, and his wife Monika, whose grandfather was a distiller in Austria, the distillery aims to bring authentic European schnapps to the Australian alpine region. To realise their vision, the couple imported a German still and opened the distillery in 2003.
