Chefingo's Restaurant and Wine Lounge is part of the Forest Lodge Resort in Pemberton.
The Restaurant is managed and owned by the Internationally acclaimed celebrity chef and cookbook author Ingo Maass.
The Restaurant is the main food and beverage outlet of the resort and serves breakfast and dinner.
The breakfast is the biggest breakfast down south and features forty-plus hot and cold items including fresh pancakes setting you up for a great day.
The interior of the restaurant has a classic timber town feel with shiny timber floors and 270-degree window frontage overlooking the Terrace, Biergarten and Forest Lake.
The large selection of local wines, spirits and liquor highlights the best of the southwest.
International cuisine for everyone with local produce and a bust food flavour combined with the German touch brings out the best in the food.
The restaurant also caters for weddings, events and conferences.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Forest Lake with wild kangaroos and many unique birds.
