Additionally, they provide kits and supplies for cheese and yoghurt making, sourdough starters, meat smoking chips, pellets and chunks, jerky and sausage making kits, and local raw honey. Furthermore, they offer CO2 gas refills and kegerators, allowing you to pour your beer at home just like at the pub. They have recently expanded their offerings to include a large range of hydroponics. Southern Highlands Home Brew also hosts classes to teach you how to brew at home and make many of the aforementioned products.
