Description

UNDER is a small suburban bakery specialising in hand-crafted sourdough, sweet buns, and pastries. After travelling and working overseas, the love of bread and pastries (sweet buns in particular) sparked the creation of UNDER. In 2019 Lachlan started baking Cardamom and Cinnamon buns from home to sell to the local community at the Farmer’s market. In November 2020 the current location in Mawson became home to the new bakery.
