Founded by the WA Truffle Collective, Hound and Hunter Fine Foods is led by truffle-grower Gavin Booth, and acclaimed chef and truffle grower, David Coomer. Living in truffle country, they wanted to find a way to create a new kind of truffle product, one they couldn’t find elsewhere. Delicious and honest to the subtlety and deep savoury nuance of the ingredients. The real deal. Gavin and David started the Deli and Test Kitchen to develop ideas and share new products, both with and without truffle. Everything they make is rooted in quality ingredients, time and the community of local farming families.
