Millford Acres Farm

As both food lovers and successful catering company proprietors, Tony and Megan could see a gap in the Far South Coast for an authentic paddock to plate food experience. In late 2020 they trialed a ‘Cooking with Fire’ workshop in the repurposed machinery shed using produce grown on the farm and other hyper local meat and vegetables. These were a sellout success. Since then they have joined the Gourmet Coast Trail and renovated the derelict Hay Shed as a larger event space holding up to 100. guests. Most recently they have added on-farm accommodation which guests are able to use. ​ Other artisanal offerings include: Passata & Pasta making days, locally grown brand - 'Gulaga Gold' Truffle Indulgence Long Lunch, mushroom workshops, natural beekeeping workshops, more Cooking with Fire workshops and art focused events such as life drawing, life painting and plain air drawing. All the food events are focused around local produce and their provenance and showcase the bounty grown within the Bega Valley. Collector wines have been a great supporter of Millford Acres. Ideas or requests are welcomed and they are open to collaborations ​ Millford Acres Farm use regenerative agriculture practices.
