European Lamb Fest at The UPPside

The UPPside will be hosting a Clare Valley festival of the lamb event featuring local lamb from Wunderbar Lamb Clare Valley while award-winning Chef Christian Uppill will be curating a European menu focused around the local lamb. Vegetarian options will be available. Home grown and handmade European restaurant only featuring local Clare European style Valley Wines, Beers, Gin and our very own new release Polish style Vodka. The UPPside is the only restaurant within the Clare Valley that only stocks Clare Valley wines, beers, gin and vodka. They also grow most of their own fresh produce on-site, only use ethical local suppliers, compost, strong ethic green practices, recycle and enviro friendly.
