Brightstar Brewing is an independently owned, European inspired brewery and tap-house located in a historic building, just outside the Adelaide CBD in Thebarton. A place for friends, family and beer lovers to come together and connect with each other over one (or more) of their easy-drinking brews! Using traditional European brewing techniques, they produce a wide-range of balanced beers each as delicious as the next – so it’s easy to find your perfect tipple. Fancy something different? No problem! They also have their own gin, and offer a special twist on their brews – carefully curating them to create unique ‘beer cocktails’ that you’ll adore.
