Walk past the usual cellar door experience with an exploration of the earth beneath our vines. The Terroir in the Vineyard Tour gives guests an 'access all areas' pass to private areas of the Bourke & Travers family vineyards. Your adventure begins with a leisurely guided walking and tasting tour through the Mourvèdre and Shiraz vineyards. The journey then continues to the bushvine Grenache vineyard, and a seated tasting session featuring a curated selection of wines paired with considered food to complement the experience. This panoramic vineyard tour is a journey of discovery, offering insights into the Clare Valley's ancient vineyard soils, minimalist winemaking practices and the role the farm's terroir plays in the creation of award-winning B&T wines. A variety of wines, including award-winning and pre-release selections are included, non-alcoholic beverages, as well as regional cheeses, charcuterie, and olives. Bookings are essential.
