Join The Young Virtuosi - world-class soloists and international First Prize winners, Jeonghwan Kim from the Sydney International Piano Competition (Australia) and Yeyeong Jenny Jin from the Michael Hill International Violin Competition (NZ), as they set the stage alight in a night of mesmerising sonata, performing works from Bartók, Chopin and Tartini.
The Sydney International Piano Competition and the Michael Hill International Violin Competition are the most prestigious and celebrated international competitions in the region. Both competitions crown winners of outstanding promise and star power. 2023 was an exceptional year for both events, producing two virtuosic winners. Now comes an opportunity to hear them play together in a concert rich with subtlety, romance and emotional depth.
The Young Virtuosi can be heard in Sydney at Verbruggen Hall.
