Vale Creek Wines is a picturesque winery in Cow Flat, 15 minutes south of Bathurst, specialising in Italian varietals.
Guests are invited to visit the Vale Creek cellar door by appointment to taste the range of wines on offer.
From the crisp and refreshing Pinot Grigio through to the medium-bodied Sangiovese to the ruby red Barbera. These wines are finding themselves a niche in the Australian palate.
