The Ginyard

The Ginyard is a small batch, boutique distillery in the heart of the Granite Belt wine trail, tucked between rows of grape vines in beautiful surrounds. Located near Stanthorpe on the Granite Belt in Queensland, just 3 hours from Brisbane, The Ginyard is situated at 1000m altitude amongst towering gum trees, granite boulders, and hillsides blanketed in bright yellow wattle and native flowers. The Ginyard specialises in premium gins and vodkas, all made on site from locally grown and seasonal ingredients, and features a gorgeous light filled cellar door overlooking the family of curious alpacas amongst the shiraz vines. It is the perfect destination for a gin tasting, wood fired pizzas, or lazy sunset gin and tonic on the deck.
