Elsie's Film House | Pop-Up Cinema Screenings

Elsie’s Film House is a community cinema lounge and bar in Civic Square (near The Canberra Theatre) that offers curated movie sessions every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. A pop-up space running until July 2025, screening retro favourites, cult classics, arthouse and international films, Elsie’s offers a cozy movie night experience in a retro lounge setting. Elsie's bar is open Wednesday to Sunday from 2pm serving beer, wine, cocktails, popcorn and choc tops, or come along for social hour from 5pm to 6pm. Elsie's provides an inclusive and accessible space.
