Habibi Chicken is a family-owned regional charcoal chicken shop, based in Wagga Wagga with a second store in Melbourne. They are on a mission to extend regional love and hospitality to the big smoke. The regions have become the preferred destination to switch-off, away from all the noise. It's the friendly people, way more time to stay connected and not be caught up in long commutes, the fresh seasonal produce that grows on native soil - the list goes on. They understand that not everyone has the luxury of popping down to the country. That's why they're on a mission to bring it to every Australian, one 24-hour marinated charcoal chicken at a time. All their signature marinations and sauces are made in Wagga Wagga, locally.
