Get ready for an epic day of teamwork, strategy, and high-energy surfing at the Tag Team Surf Event at Main Beach, Lennox Head! This unique relay-style competition is all about fun, inclusivity, and community spirit, where every wave counts.
Teams will be formed once entries close, ensuring a balanced and diverse mix of surfers from different backgrounds and skill levels.
Each surfer gets two waves before tagging in their next teammate.
Judges will score each wave, with the best nominated wave from each surfer contributing to the team's total score.
Expect a fun, fast-paced, and social event celebrating the local surf community, a format that combines individual skill with teamwork to create an exciting competition, a raffle draw with awesome prizes and free giveaways at the event presentation and a chance to meet new surfers, enjoy a great day at the beach, and have a blast in the water!
