You will experience feminine wisdom through practices of sound, movement, breathwork, and body balancing that will nurture you, increase your energy and vibration, open your heart and restore your rhythm and flow. You will be able to reconnect to who you truly are, leaving you feeling more aligned, and with a new sense of holistic wellbeing and a personalised blueprint for 2025/2026. The retreat will hosted by two experienced facilitators - Kate Gardner and Siggi Frede.
