Fire Fridays brings winter warmth to The Courtyard at The Co-Op in Gerringong. Visitors gather around a cosy fire pit area complete with log seating, cushions, and blankets for an evening of alfresco dining. Chef Simon prepares a special barbecue menu cooked over the fire, alongside The Courtyard's full seasonal offering. The experience combines comfort with quality food, featuring signature cocktails including Blood Orange Negroni and Whiskey Sour, alongside complimentary homemade mulled wine. Happy hour specials include two-for-one flatbreads and discounted drinks. The fire pit creates an intimate atmosphere perfect for groups or couples seeking a relaxed winter dining experience on the South Coast. What makes Fire Fridays unique is the combination of open-fire cooking by the head chef, the specially designed outdoor seating with heating elements, and cocktails crafted to complement the seasonal menu.
