2026 Canberra MS Mega Swim

Join the Australian Institute of Sport for the 2026 Canberra MS Mega Swim and make a life-changing impact for people living with multiple sclerosis. Over 37,756 people are living with MS in Australia, and everyone's experience is unique. Living with MS is complex and unpredictable, with varied symptoms that range from mild to severe. They may flare up once in a while or last for long periods of time. Funds raised contribute to the MS Go for Gold Scholarships, the Plus Financial Assistance Program and provide services to directly benefit people living with multiple sclerosis. Make a splash this May in the 2026 Canberra MS Mega Swim! The MS Mega Swim is a fun, team relay event, where swimmers are sponsored by friends, family and colleagues to freestyle, backstroke, butterfly or doggy-paddle for 24 hours, whilst raising vital funds to support people living with MS. Swimmers of all ages and abilities are welcome - swim one lap, or fifty, for ten minutes or four hours. Your team just needs to have one swimmer in the pool at all times. And if you don't have a team, let them know, and they'll team you up with some other amazing mega swimmers.
