SUP lessons are also a fantastic way to build your ocean confidence and improve your surfing skills. Included in your SUP lesson (stand up paddle boarding lesson) is stand up paddle board (Soft learner G board), paddle, wetsuit or rash shirt, sun screen, security storage and leg rope.
