This weekend tour of the Murray to Mountains Rail Trail allows guests to experience the stunning Alpine Valley of North East Victoria. The tour departs Melbourne at 7:30am and guests are driven to the trail head at Beechworth where colour maps and trail commentary are provided. The whole weekend the bus is on call whilst guests cycle between wine tastings, gourmet lunches and sampling produce straight from the farmgate. The van has snacks and a fridge on board for extra refreshments throughout the whole weekend. Guests have the choice between tent camping or motel accommodation in Myrtleford. Day one includes wine tasting at Pennyweight Winery, a gourmet lunch and wine tastings at Gapsted Winery and a cellar door tasting at Michelini Winery. Day two includes breakfast at Kiln Cafe, the option to visit the Bright Berry Farm, wine tasting at Ringer Reef Winery, gourmet lunch at Feathertop Winery, a stop for a coffee at the Rail Trail Cafe and celebratory beer at Bright Brewery.
