As you wind your way back to Bundaberg from Mount Perry consider a stop in at the Wonbah winery with it's historic homestead from 1935, rustic workers cottages and spectacular views, be sure to call ahead if you're planning on popping in. Spot the bats in the largest unsupported tunnel in the Southern Hemisphere at Boolboonda and as you go through Gin Gin make sure you stop and grab one of the famous pies or visit the Courthouse Gallery before making your way back to Bundaberg.
