Your tour begins on Bryan Jordan Drive, the heart of the Gladstone Marina and gateway to the Port of Gladstone (named Port Curtis by Matthew Flinders). The Gladstone Marina Parklands and adjacent Spinnaker Park offers excellent recreational areas for families, with two separate playgrounds, an abundance of barbecues, public toilets and plenty of grass for running, exploring and a game of cricket. The Gladstone Marina is also a modern anchorage point for small craft, yachts and fishing fleet. It's also the departure point for Heron Island and the Southern Great Barrier Reef.
