The Isis Highway will take you past Childers (which you'll return to visit at the end of this drive) and on towards Biggenden. Surrounded by open pastures offering views of the rough blue mountain ranges, Biggenden is known as 'the Rose of the Burnett'. A Heritage Walking Trail includes various gold mine sites and Biggenden Historical Museum. Before you continue on this highway to Gayndah, pause and have a drink with the locals at the pub.
